Role Description Actualmente estamos buscando un talentoso AI Tooling Engineer para unirse a nuestro equipo. Como ingeniero serás responsable de diseñar, desarrollar e implementar herramientas inteligentes basadas en modelos de lenguaje (LLMs) y automatización, enfocadas en el análisis de defectos, diagnóstico de sistemas embebidos y mejora de procesos digitales en los productos de nuestros clientes. - Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener herramientas y sistemas avanzados de triaje impulsados por IA, principalmente utilizando Python. - Evaluar, integrar y proporcionar retroalimentación rigurosa sobre servidores y clientes del Model Context Protocol (MCP) para conectar LLMs con bases de datos internas del cliente y entregables de trabajo. - Diseñar, implementar y optimizar capacidades agenticas, integraciones de herramientas personalizadas y flujos de trabajo multiagente para automatizar tareas complejas de triaje. - Utilizar y promover el uso de herramientas de codificación asistida por IA (por ejemplo, GitHub Copilot, APIs de LLM) para acelerar los ciclos de desarrollo y mantener una alta calidad de código. - Mantenerse actualizado con los rápidos avances en IA Generativa, APIs de LLM y frameworks agenticos para evolucionar continuamente nuestras soluciones de triaje.
