• Offer expert guidance in implementing NEC Housing system modules – particularly Allocations and Housing Advice/Homelessness, with a focus on system configuration and build. • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions (remote and occasionally on-site) to customers and internal teams, ensuring users feel confident and competent in using the system. • Provide excellent advice and best practice to current customers using NEC Housing. • Ensure that consultancy and training activities consistently achieve positive customer feedback. • Create and maintain training courses, user guides, and solution design manuals for customers and internal teams. • Collaborate with customers via Teams (including recorded sessions for training purposes) and adapt delivery styles to suit different audiences. • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Social Housing Management and incorporate these into training and consultancy. • Be flexible and available for occasional UK travel to customer or company sites when required.
Job Requirements
- In-depth expertise in Allocations and Homelessness processes using Housing Management Software.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing Housing Management Systems or modules, with strong skills in configuration and build.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality training and consultancy services, achieving positive feedback from diverse audiences.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for end users.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining training materials, including courses and solution design manuals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects once proficient with our system.
