We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack .NET Developer to migrate and modernize an existing ASP.NET 4.8 application into ASP.NET Core MVC. • Build and maintain full-stack Azure-hosted portals (internal member portal, external client portal, Argus portal) across UI, API, and data layers • Contribute to the Argus EDI platform, handling healthcare transactions including eligibility, claims, remittance, and acknowledgments • Develop and extend CRM functionality supporting TPA operations and client management • Work with Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Storage, AI Services) and participate in architectural decisions • Integrate AI/automation capabilities into products and workflows; use tools like GitHub Copilot and Azure AI as part of your daily development process • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple TPA entities to understand requirements and deliver solutions

• Set and evolve the technical architecture for IAA’s data platform. • Personally design and build complex data pipelines and components. • Define engineering standards and patterns across architecture and code quality. • Lead the design and implementation of robust data products. • Build the production-grade data pipelines and infrastructure for data scientists. • Diagnose and resolve performance and scalability challenges. • Drive technical strategy across Microsoft Fabric and Azure BI technologies. • Mentor and grow data engineers and analytics engineers.

• Leverage advanced data analytics to derive insights and optimize credit strategies across products and geographies. • Partner with Engineering to design and build scalable risk models and credit risk capabilities. • Monitor portfolio performance and macroeconomic trends that impact loan outcomes; proactively adjust underwriting and marketing strategies to mitigate risk. • Collaborate closely with Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to interpret evolving regulatory and market requirements across jurisdictions, and translate them into credit policy, underwriting, and product design recommendations. • Engage and coordinate with external stakeholders — including merchants, vendors, and regulatory bodies — to align credit risk practices, ensure compliance, and strengthen strategic partnerships. • Oversee the development and execution of credit underwriting frameworks that balance growth, compliance, and risk mitigation goals. • Drive cross-functional discussions to ensure new product launches and market entries are aligned with risk appetite, operational capabilities, and local regulations.
