• Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, helping prospects and customers understand, evaluate, and successfully implement company solutions. • Guide customers through the successful setup, integration, and ongoing use of MoneyThumb APIs and technology solutions • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to develop solutions that address customer business and technical requirements. • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution workshops for prospective and existing customers. • Answer customer questions regarding system architecture, product capabilities, security, integrations, and technical best practices. • Analyze customer requirements and recommend effective solutions that align with established product capabilities and best practices. • Gather, document, and communicate customer feedback, enhancement requests, and market requirements to share with Product and Engineering teams. • Provide insight for the development of technical documentation, implementation guides, knowledge base articles, and customer-facing resources. • Stay current on company products, industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies. • Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and product adoption. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical requirements, and project status within company systems. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. • Identify and cultivate technical champions within prospect accounts to advance deal momentum and reduce evaluation cycles. • Maintain deep familiarity with competitive solutions and serve as a resource for the sales team on technical differentiation and objection handling. • On complex deals own the technical evaluation phase of the sales process, including scoping calls, proof-of-concept design, and trial facilitation, ensuring prospects reach a clear technical decision point. • Collaborate and partner with sales leadership to develop and enhance technical training, battlecards, and demo assets that enable the broader sales team to handle common technical questions independently.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role
- Experience working with APIs, web services, and system integrations
- Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies
- Experience supporting enterprise customers
- Experience working with JSON, XML, and CSV data
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Lending, particularly business-lending or mortgage-lending
- Experience working on government deals, RFP’s, RFI’s.

Role Description The End User Computing Solutions Engineer (Level 3) is an integral part of the End User Computing (EUC) Team, bringing advanced expertise and leadership to the role. A strong customer service mindset is crucial for success in this position. The End User Computing Engineer is responsible for providing expert technical support and solutions for complex end-user computing environments. This position identifies common issues and develops proactive strategies to prevent future occurrences. The role involves leading engineering responsibilities for significant projects within the EUC team and supporting other End User Computing Engineers (L1 and L2) with their respective projects. This is a remote role, with interviews conducted onsite. - Leads technical work efforts and/or projects, providing guidance and expertise to the team. - Adheres to Avita Project Management policy and procedures to document project requirements, goals, and outcomes, and maintains project status in approved project management tools. - Coordinates system work/downtime with vendors and company operations management team. - Creates and maintains documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and end-user guides. - Independently troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves complex technical hardware and/or software issues. - Monitors, troubleshoots, and performs maintenance on systems assigned to this position. - Manages Microsoft Active Directory and makes advanced changes/updates as needed. - Works on projects related to Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365, performing necessary updates or modifications. - Creates and deploys policies and applications within Microsoft Intune. - Maintains proper change control management by submitting change control requests to the change control register and documenting results of changes. - Proactively follows up on implemented changes and ensures that any resulting incidents are addressed timely. - Ensures timely resolution of outstanding requests and incidents. - Directs and monitors requests and incidents handled by vendors. - Utilizes Avita IT Service Management (ITSM) Platform for tracking requests and incidents. - Aids Service Desk Engineers and Systems Engineers in troubleshooting complex issues. - Supports the cross-training and professional development of Service Desk Engineers. • Act as the pioneering technical voice for Tailscale in APAC, cultivating market presence, initiating customer engagement frameworks, and defining regional technical execution strategies. • Partner closely with AEs to identify, qualify, design, and close new commercial opportunities, managing the regional pipeline effectively to hit and exceed quota outcomes. • Lead discovery workshops, deliver tailor-made product demonstrations, and manage technical POCs that resolve technical objections and shorten sales cycles. • Engage in direct R&D activities such as writing code, developing custom tool integrations, and contributing fixes or features directly back to Tailscale's core product to solve deep technical barriers for strategic regional customers. • Document and synthesize critical field insights, architectural trends, and regional product requirements to provide structured feedback that informs product, engineering, and GTM strategies. • Build reusable demo environments, solution blueprints, technical whitepapers, and objection-handling documentation to uplevel the global Solutions Engineering organization. • Collaborate with adjacent customer-facing technical teams simultaneously building out in Singapore to ensure tight feedback loops, consistent service delivery; partnering together to actively establish and anchor Tailscale’s company culture in the region.
