PerfectServe
• Lead assigned workstreams within large-scale enterprise implementations, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with project goals. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution across complex environments. • Support planning and execution of enterprise go-live events, serving as a primary point of contact for designated functional areas. • Provide workflow consulting for physician, clinical, and operational teams. • Educate and register physicians for PerfectServe programs, designing elegant solutions that meet the system level standards established. • Provide consultation support to physicians with call workflow configuration into the PerfectServe system. • Develop training programs tailored to large health system audiences. • Educate new clinical users at the hospital pre and post go-live. • Configure advanced workflows within complex multi-facility systems. • Work with third party systems to integrate solutions into the PerfectServe system. • Conduct testing across devices, platforms, and integrated technologies. • Become trained across multiple PerfectServe platforms based on project needs. • Rapidly acquire new product knowledge for enterprise implementations. • Any other duties as needed to effectively perform the position.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, engineering or IT related discipline is ideal but not required
- Prior work experience in a customer facing or other service roles
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Visio (or Lucidchart similarly), Word, Excel (including functions), and PowerPoint. Will be using Lucidchart extensively.
- Embraces change and has a genuine curiosity for healthcare
- Ability to work closely with peers and team members in a collaborative manner
- Must travel up to 30 - 50% of the time

Role Description The Implementation Manager acts as a key liaison between franchise partners and Vital Care Infusion Services, ensuring all onboarding activities are completed in alignment with Vital Care policies, state regulations, and ACHC accreditation standards. This role collaborates closely with franchisees to establish vendor partnerships, coordinate weekly cross-functional check-in calls, and guide them through critical milestones—including real estate acquisition, construction, Board of Pharmacy approvals, and ACHC accreditation. Additionally, the Implementation Manager provides ongoing consultative support and educational development to ensure long-term success and compliance.
