In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die telefonische Betreuung, koordinieren Bewerbungsprozesse und sorgen für eine strukturierte und professionelle Abwicklung aller Teilnehmeranfragen. Sie tragen maßgeblich dazu bei, dass Interessenten optimal betreut und erfolgreich in unsere Bildungsangebote integriert werden. - Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung eingehender Telefonate von Interessenten und Teilnehmenden - Beratung zu unseren Bildungsangeboten und Klärung grundlegender Fragen - Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Teilnehmerbewerbungen (Eingang, Prüfung, Rückmeldung) - Pflege und Aktualisierung von Teilnehmerdaten in internen Systemen - Koordination von Terminen (z. B. Beratungsgespräche, Eignungsfeststellungen) - Kommunikation per E-Mail und Telefon mit Bewerbern und Teilnehmenden - Unterstützung bei administrativen Prozessen im Teilnehmermanagement - Sicherstellung einer strukturierten und nachvollziehbaren Dokumentation aller Vorgänge Qualifications - Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. im Bereich Büromanagement, Kundenservice, Verwaltung) - Erste Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt, idealerweise im Bildungsbereich oder Bewerbermanagement - Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und freundliches Auftreten am Telefon - Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise - Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen und digitalen Tools - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Organisationsstärke und Fähigkeit, mehrere Prozesse parallel zu steuern
