• Develop and execute targeted account strategies within our ICP, identifying high value prospects and creating entry points to break into and expand strategic accounts. • Generate and qualify pipeline through disciplined outbound prospecting, building a consistent funnel motion across multi channel outreach to generate predictable, sustained growth. • Run consultative, insight-led sales cycles, applying your command of the fintech and B2B SaaS landscape to translate Gynger's platform into measurable financial and operational outcomes for CFOs, finance and revenue operations teams and technology buyers. • Own your quota and contribute meaningfully to company wide growth targets. • Close the loop with marketing and product, sharing field insights that sharpen our positioning, messaging, and roadmap. • Lead by example, setting the pace for the broader GTM team as we scale.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive, or 1+ year as an SDR/BDR ready to move into a closing role.
- A proven track record of independently sourcing, managing, and closing deals and exceeding quota at a high growth company.
- Experience selling to finance professionals, revenue operations or prior experience at a fintech company.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, with the resourcefulness to build processes where none exists.
- A hunter's mindset: curious, competitive, coachable, and energized by the challenge of building something from the ground up.

Job Title: Account Executive - Miami Note: Candidates must reside in the Miami, FL area to be considered. This role may include up to 3 days per week of in-market activities, such as drop-ins and door knocking, based on business needs. • Conduct sales calls to promote and sell Medtronic CardioVascular Surgery Therapies to existing and competitive customers based on a strategic plan • Develop, implement, and effectively follow through with a quarterly strategic sales plan to achieve sales goals and objectives • Create a detailed forecast with customer commitments as a measure of success • Identify, qualify, and close new and existing customers consistent with established sales plans and key accounts • Maximize revenue potential by targeting specific customers to gain sales leads and develop business opportunities to drive growth • Develop and maintain a high-level of expertise in CardioVascular Surgery Therapies products • Provide feedback and information on competitive activity, changes in markets, distribution and pricing • Identify and communicate to other departments (i.e. R&D, Operations, and Marketing) suggestions for new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications based upon customer needs and requirements • Coordinate customer activities at all assigned meetings • Train and educate customers on the safe and effective use of Medtronic products • Complete all administrative reporting accurately; in a timely manner and in the requested format (i.e. expense reports, account profiles and analysis, daily planners, weekly activity, competitive updates, and inventory log) • Manage time, assets and resources in a cost-effective manner; manage territory budget in accordance with the strategic territory plan and within the guidelines of the Regional Manager • Maintain adequate inventory (trunk stock) and assist in the reallocation and delivery of product • Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and all Medtronic products. • Promote and sell the Cranial, Spine, and ENT product portfolio within the assigned territory, meeting or exceeding defined sales targets • Develop, build, and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, surgeons, and hospital decision-makers • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively generating leads, assessing customer needs, and positioning tailored solutions • Provide high-quality product education, clinical support, and training to healthcare professionals and distributor teams • Collaborate with partners to ensure effective execution of sales activities, product launches, and market development initiatives • Conduct ongoing market analysis, including customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends, to identify growth opportunities • Implement and adapt market development strategies and sales plans aligned with regional and business objectives • Ensure consistent pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting, maintaining visibility on business performance • Represent Medtronic professionally, ensuring alignment with company values, quality standards, and patient focus
