Role Description Springbrook Software is actively seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our presence in the local government market. In this role, you will drive pipeline generation by identifying and engaging prospective agencies, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for our account executives. You'll be an integral part of our revenue team, collaborating closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and share weekly progress updates. Key Focuses for Role: - Own pipeline generation within a defined set of Government accounts or agencies, aligned to territory strategy. - Build sales pipeline using cold outreach strategies like cold calling & emailing in the public sector. - Gain in-depth knowledge of Springbrook's products, territories, accounts, competitors, industry trends, and more. - Learn and implement strategies that align Springbrook's solutions with customer pains, use cases, and organization imperatives. - Build relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities. - Thrive in a fast-paced environment, try new outbound tactics, and share what works to elevate team success. - Deliver on weekly, monthly, and quarterly key performance metrics. Qualifications - 1+ year of experience in a Sales Development or similar customer-facing role. - Goal Oriented; able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Genuine curiosity about prospects and what drives their business decisions; use gathered information to continuously improve your approach. - Strong desire to build a career in sales; must be competitive, resilient, and motivated by results.
