• You take responsibility for: writing that works. Blog articles, case studies, white papers, emails, social posts, and video scripts — always focused on benefits rather than buzzword bingo • Making the complex simple. You translate technical solutions into clear business benefits that even non-technical audiences can immediately understand • Shaping the Lobster voice. You give our brand verbal wit and recognizability — professional, but with bite • Turn one into five. One strong asset, many formats: you build an efficient repurposing routine • Be visible to people and machines. You optimize content for traditional search and AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) and maintain metadata, internal linking, and structure directly in the CMS
Job Requirements
- You have native-level German and a comparable command of English
- Experience in B2B content, either in-house or agency-side
- A portfolio that demonstrates you make dry topics engaging without becoming unprofessional
- You understand how search works and have used SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs as well as Google Search Console
- AEO (i.e., visibility in AI answers) excites you, or you already have first-hand experience with it
- WordPress and HubSpot don't intimidate you
- You publish content yourself rather than waiting for others
- You use AI tools confidently to speed up your work without the output sounding like AI
