IT Operations Engineer
DEMICON - AWS, Atlassian and monday.com Solution Partner
• Operation and maintenance of Jira and Confluence in customer environments (Data Center & Cloud) • Updates and patch cycles on Linux servers (Ubuntu/Debian) and monitoring of AWS/EKS environments • Scripting with Bash and Python for recurring processes (backups, user provisioning) • Maintaining technical documentation and the knowledge base to retain team knowledge
Job Requirements
- You have at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in complex Atlassian environments and demonstrable experience with migrations (DC to Cloud).
- You understand the on-premise world (infrastructure/IDPs) as well as modern cloud architectures.
- Your German is business fluent (C1/native) to understand customer issues in detail.
- Your English is strong enough (B2+) to handle vendor tickets and documentation.
- Nice-to-have: Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) certifications or experience in the automotive sector (OEM/suppliers).
