Job Description

Principal ASIC Design Engineer

TTM Technologies

• Technical leader and group subject matter expert in the area of analog, power management and mixed signal IC development • Overseeing definition, design, verification, and documentation for ASIC development • Determines architecture design, logic design, and system simulation • Defines module interfaces/formats for simulation • Evaluates all aspects of the process flow from high-level design to synthesis, place and route, and timing and power use • Writes the semiconductor specification for an ASIC and performs lab verifications • Supports the development of the test plan that will be implemented to develop hardware and software for high volume production

Job Requirements

  • 15yrs. Minimum Relevant Experience
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s and/or PhD’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Related Engineering Discipline with focus on Semiconductor IC design
