• Conduct requirements elicitation sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional system requirements. • Perform requirements analysis, including traceability from stakeholder needs through system specifications to acceptance criteria. • Develop detailed requirements documentation, user stories, use cases, and process models for clinical informatics applications. • Conduct information modeling activities including data flow diagrams, entity-relationship models, and conceptual data schemas. • Facilitate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), developing test scripts, tracking defects, and documenting test results. • Develop and maintain artifact documentation for systems capturing or standardizing health information, clinical data, or life sciences data. • Serve as liaison between clinical subject matter experts and technical development teams to ensure requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented. • Support continuous improvement of clinical informatics systems by evaluating existing processes and identifying gaps or inefficiencies. • Assist in the development of training materials, standard operating procedures, and user guides for health IT systems. • Participate in project status reviews, stakeholder meetings, and deliverable reviews as required by the program.

• Review assigned TEFCA directory entries against authoritative corroboration sources, including NPPES, CMS Provider of Services data, IRS Tax-Exempt Organization Search, RCE/QTF published documentation, and QHIN-provided records. • Apply the approved Task 2 Review Methodology and Control Framework to each assigned entry. • Follow documented decision criteria to classify directory entries as: • T1: Pass • T2: Minor discrepancy • T3: Inexplicable discrepancy • T4: Non-compliant • Research, validate, and reconcile healthcare directory data across multiple reference sources. • Document review findings, evidence, discrepancies, and final dispositions in Jira with a complete audit trail. • Ensure no entry is closed without a recorded disposition and supporting documentation. • Escalate exception-path entries to the Lead Analyst for adjudication. • Flag entries requiring QHIN outreach or additional review. • Participate in Blind QA sampling and quality review activities as assigned. • Maintain consistent review throughput to support weekly and biweekly reporting deadlines. • Support a disciplined, accurate, and repeatable review process across high-volume data sets.

Qualifications - Must have orders and order transmittal Epic certification - REQUIRED - Relevant certification must be maintained ongoing. - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a related area may substitute for degree. Requirements - 5+ years experience in hospital/clinic healthcare setting with experience supporting an EHR, related applications, and integrated workflows. This same experience with an EHR vendor is also acceptable. - Experience with software application tools used for application build and data manipulation. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare and/or financial software applications. - Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with physicians, nurses and various other hospital staff. - Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing with all levels of associates and management. - Knowledge of analytical processes and problem-solving skills. - Ability to evaluate business user needs against current system capabilities. - Ability to accurately and effectively translate business requirements to high-level system specifications. - Familiarity in the use of Microsoft Window products (Word, Excel, Access and Project) or equivalent. - Aptitude for learning new software tools and products. - Familiarity with the software development cycle. • Contribute to contract management activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively • Negotiate directly with assigned sites on all site related contracting items including clinical trial agreements, budgets, payment terms, ancillary agreements and amendments • Partner with internal Study Startup team, CROs, Clinical Operations teams, and TAU partners to improve overall SB&C metrics and deliver processes • Ensure standards are applied to the SB&C processes across projects • Leverage leading industry tools and data sources to provide budget and contract feedback aligned with parameters and fair market value guidance • Promptly recognize and improve potential delays and escalate to appropriate team members • Track all actions and negotiations to ensure timelines are achieved for studies and sites assigned • Support resolving escalated issues identified by the site activation sub-team in partnership with the internal Study Startup team
