Role Description We are currently seeking a SAP Principal, Supply Chain to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Job Description – SAP SCM Consulting Lead Day to Day job Duties: - SAP Supply Chain E2E process knowledge with hands-on experience leading design and Solutioning, articulate the Supply chain capability gaps, bring best practices, and deliver realization strategy to business. - Produce architectural blueprints, designs, overall data flows, and solution diagrams. Mentor delivery teams to uplift industry standards. - Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to translate complex operational needs into SAP design and functional specifications. - Hands-on experience and strong functional knowledge in source, logistics processes, and cross-functional integrations across modules. - Build integrated, cross-module SAP solutions spanning SD, MM, EWM, QM, demand and supply planning systems, finance (FI/CO), and other peripheral systems. Qualifications - 10-15 years of SAP experience, deep hands-on SAP S/4 HANA experience across supply chain modules. - Strong experience in SAP modules: SD, MM, EWM, QM, IBP and good knowledge in SAP FI/CO. - Familiarity with implementation frameworks like SAP Activate, Agile, or Scrum. - Excellent communication skills with executive presence. Requirements - This position requires someone who can travel at least 80%. Preferred location is East coast or Central. - Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
