Role Description Our newest opportunity is for a Sustainability Manager (Green Certification) to join our award-winning team based in Bangalore, India. We also have the flexibility to work full time remote as well from India. The role is focused on green building certifications and sustainability delivery across projects, and we are particularly looking for candidates with GCC project experience and exposure to regional certification frameworks. - Leading the delivery of green building certification projects across all design and construction stages. - Managing certification processes and submissions in accordance with LEED requirements, while supporting compliance with regional sustainability frameworks such as Mostadam, Estidama, and GSAS. - Organizing and delivering sustainability strategies, assessments, and certification requirements during project planning, design, and delivery. - Preparing and reviewing technical reports, calculations, sustainability assessments, and certification documentation. - Conducting audits, reviews, and quality checks to ensure compliance with applicable sustainability standards and certification requirements. - Delivering technical workshops, presentations, and training sessions on sustainability and green building certification topics. - Managing project programmes, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder expectations across multiple assignments. - Liaising with clients, project teams, certification authorities, and regulatory bodies to facilitate successful certification outcomes. - Providing technical guidance and sustainability advice to clients and project teams to achieve project sustainability objectives. - Reviewing submissions prepared by internal teams and external consultants, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements. - Supporting carbon management, decarbonization, and carbon credit initiatives where applicable. - Ensuring compliance with established quality assurance, quality control, and document management procedures. - Leading technical discussions on sustainability and green building certification requirements and identifying opportunities to enhance project performance. Qualifications - A minimum of 9 years' professional experience. - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related discipline. - Hands-on experience in delivering LEED-certified projects, including the preparation, coordination, and submission of documentation in accordance with USGBC requirements. - Experience with regional sustainability rating systems such as Mostadam, Estidama, or GSAS is highly beneficial. - Exposure to WELL Building Standard projects would be advantageous. - Professional accreditation such as LEED AP is preferred. The ideal candidate is a clinically active PMHNP who enjoys both patient care and leadership and is energized by developing people, improving care delivery, and building scalable clinical programs that improve outcomes for Medicare-age adults.
