Role Description We’re looking for an Analytics Associate who sees data as a creative medium. Someone who loves transforming complexity into clarity, building systems that scale, and using AI to unlock new possibilities. This role is for builders, problem-solvers, and curious minds who want to shape the future of analytics. The future of analytics won’t belong to people who can simply pull data. It will belong to people who can combine human curiosity, business thinking, data storytelling, and artificial intelligence to solve meaningful problems. Role Highlights - Build Systems, Not Just Deliverables - Create scalable reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. - Develop automations, workflows, and AI-assisted processes that improve how analytics work gets done. - Continuously look for opportunities to improve tools, processes, and reporting experiences. - Treat dashboards, reports, and measurement frameworks as products that evolve over time. - Build solutions that create lasting value beyond a single analysis. - Be AI-Native - Use AI daily to accelerate research, analysis, reporting, visualization, and communication. - Experiment with emerging technologies and identify practical applications for client work. - Build prompts, workflows, agents, automations, and repeatable systems that amplify impact. - Help shape how AI is integrated into the future of analytics at Seer. - Constantly ask, “What can I build?” rather than “How do I do this manually?” - Learn Fast and Figure Things Out - Take ownership of projects and move work forward with limited direction. - Break ambiguous challenges into actionable next steps. - Learn new tools, platforms, and methodologies independently. - Operate comfortably in fast-changing environments. - Bring ideas, solutions, and recommendations—not just questions. - Collaborate and Communicate - Partner with strategists, marketers, analysts, engineers, and clients to solve business challenges. - Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Contribute ideas that improve client outcomes and strengthen our analytics practice. - Help foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning. Qualifications - You have experience working with data, reporting, analytics, or business intelligence platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, BigQuery, or SQL. - You have experience building dashboards and visualizations for different stakeholder groups and see them as products, not one-time deliverables. - You are able to translate data into clear, actionable insights and communicate them confidently in written and verbal formats. - You have experience incorporating AI tools into research, analysis, reporting, and workflow development as a daily working partner. - You are analytically curious: you ask thoughtful questions, learn quickly without waiting for formal training, and care more about outcomes than outputs. - You are comfortable managing multiple priorities independently and building processes from scratch. - You are naturally inclined to automate, improve, and simplify wherever possible. Requirements - Bonus: You have experience with Python, R, or data transformation workflows. - Bonus: You have experience with marketing analytics, experimentation, attribution, or customer journey analysis. - Bonus: You have experience building automations, AI workflows, agents, or internal tools. - Bonus: You have experience in a consulting, agency, or client-facing environment. 30/60/90 Day Goals - First 30 Days — Learn - Get up to speed on Seer's analytics stack, tools, client portfolio, and internal processes. - Complete onboarding, shadow existing work, and start building relationships across analytics, strategy, and client teams. - Identify one quick win — a report, process, or visualization you can improve right away. - 60 Days — Build - Own your first client-facing deliverable end to end, from data pull to presentation. - Begin contributing AI-assisted workflows or automations that improve how the team works. - Develop a working understanding of at least two client accounts and their measurement needs. - 90 Days — Lead - Operate independently on projects with limited direction, bringing solutions not just questions. - Have at least one scalable system, dashboard, or tool in production that creates lasting value. - Be a visible contributor to Seer's analytics practice — sharing ideas, improving processes, and helping shape what AI-native analytics looks like here. Benefits - Total compensation for this role is $65,000 - $70,000. - Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience. - Evaluation of compensation at least once a year.
