• Act as the bridge between various stakeholders to ensure our business operating system is aligned and effective. • Collaborate deeply with the Director of Business Insights to ensure data fluidity. • Ensure the RevOps team is empowered with a high-performance sales and marketing machine—all while maintaining firm-wide governance. • Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer and their team to execute our technical vision. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all system configurations, business logic, and integration workflows. • Provide day-to-day direction and managerial oversight of a small team of employees and contractors engaged on key projects. • Partner with functional leaders across the firm to ensure our corporate tech stack supports the entire client and employee lifecycle. • Own the logic that allows data to flow perfectly from a contract to an invoice, revenue recognition template, and billing schedule downstream. • Monitor our technology cost footprint and ensure our systems facilitate the transition from traditional productivity metrics to value-based outcomes. • Establish and maintain the standards for data integrity and governance.

• Act as a vital link between our corporate technology stack and our firm’s strategic evolution. • Collaborate deeply with stakeholders to ensure effective business operating systems. • Maintain governance and ensure effective decisions around critical system integrations. • Support the transition from traditional metrics to value-based outcomes.

• Provide technical knowledge and expertise to the customers on RedHat/OpenShift. • Advise clients transitioning to cloud-based and managed Datacentre services. • Serve as subject matter expert for modern Datacentre platform capabilities. • Support the commercial team in the development, construction of offers to the clients. • Interact with the partners, identifying the needs and business opportunities by performing technical consultancy. • Validate and work on NetApp configurations to support the business. • Deliver training/workshops/webinars/solution presentations to partners, also at vendor events and industry events. • Create PoC (proof of concepts) within the real customer's environment.
