What we look for This opportunity is a good fit for automotive engineers with an experience in python open to part-time, non-permanent projects. Ideally, contributors will have:  - Degree in Automotive Engineering or related fields, e.g. Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, etc. - 3+ years of professional automotive engineering experience - Strong written English (C1/C2) - Strong Python proficiency for numerical validation - Stable internet connection  Professional certifications (e.g., PE, CEng, PMP) and experience in international or applied projects are an advantage. • The AI Workflow Developer III (Digital) role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining AI-ready workflows, documentation, and agent experiences across our digital products. • This individual will leverage modern AI tools/systems to create and maintain intelligent and capable agents that have context of our applications, workflows, and business rules. • The role will be focused on orchestrating existing AI capabilities, structuring content and context for agents, and integrating those agents into user experiences. • Design, build, and manage AI agents using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio or comparable tools. • Define agent goals, conversation flows, and guardrails that align with solution demands. • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to embed agents and agent workflows into web, portal, and internal tools in a way that feels natural and trustworthy to users. • Create and maintain AI-ready documentation covering our applications, including user-facing help, internal operations guides, and technical reference materials for development teams. • Work closely with software engineering teams to understand system behavior, data flows, and edge cases, and translate those into documentation and agent knowledge.

• Join from the start one of the world’s currently largest Odoo projects, with several thousand users who will work with the system • Support the definition of developer guidelines in the Odoo environment • Support and guide the experienced development team on their path to Odoo expertise • Develop and implement custom Odoo modules • Analyze business processes and derive technical solutions • Adapt and analyze existing ERP workflows and optimize them • Integrate Odoo with other systems and data sources • Test developments and ensure their functionality • Document developments and technical solutions in English • Support team members with technical challenges

• Define technical architecture, produce high‑level design artefacts, and shape technology approaches and processes. • Develop and implement process automation solutions within a collaborative, multi‑team Agile environment. • Contribute hands‑on Java and microservices development aligned to sprint objectives. • Support leadership in expanding the process automation landscape for VOIS within Solstice. • Build proof‑of‑concept solutions and strengthen Camunda/BPMN capability across VOIS. • Mentor and train Java developers to enhance their Camunda BPMN expertise while supporting the development of new team members.
