Client Account Coordinator
Inizio Engage
• Work with Operations, Client Account Team and IT to produce project specific plans to support implementation and maintenance of program requirements • Handle the operations based onboarding process for all new hires – including IT requirements, updating rosters, systems access and liaising with other functions to ensure everything is prepared for the induction of the new hire • Provide support to employees with any logistical inquiries including systems, operations, travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, meeting room booking and ground transportation • Create and maintain all project specific activity reports – weekly, monthly & annually • Maintain all project related databases and rosters as well as maintaining team checklists and chargeable checklists • Maintain all project specific material within the Company’s sharepoint system and liaise with Client Account and Operations team when changes occur • Attend weekly status meetings and operational meetings, producing meeting minutes and follow up action plans • Support the Operations, Client Account and IT Team with the creation and maintenance of client requested capabilities, system requirements, reports and client produced data feeds • Support the Compliance function with administrative support required for sampling accountability management • Order business cards, name badges, and other tools required for field-based positions • Organize and handle shipment and fulfillment requests and requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role ideally with intra-departmental/customer interaction responsibility preferred
- Strong analytic skills with the proven ability to develop robust reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent technical, operations, IT and reporting skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional customer service focus.
- Ability to travel as needed by car or airplane.
