Territory Sales Manager – Mainz, Bad Kreuznach

Dexcom

• You are responsible for effectively presenting the innovative Dexcom product portfolio and its associated digital ecosystem (e.g., insulin pumps and others) to drive targeted revenue growth • You actively promote the company’s position as a market leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) • You independently manage a defined territory and are responsible for sales planning, developing sales plans, customer support, servicing diabetes specialty retailers, and acquiring new customers • You are accountable for achieving and exceeding the territory’s revenue and KPI targets • You successfully leverage our sales and marketing strategies to meet and surpass your territory objectives • You identify market opportunities early and develop targeted strategies for new customer acquisition in the CGM segment • You take responsibility for the territory budget through expenditure control • You plan and organize customer events independently and moderate and/or conduct them • You collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams • You continuously monitor the market and competitors • You maintain professional relationship management with customer networks, decision-makers, and key opinion leaders in your territory • You build a strong healthcare network — from diabetes specialty retailers and physicians to other regional decision-makers

Job Requirements

  • You are a sales professional with a proven track record in sales and new customer acquisition
  • You are proficient with CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You have the ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Ideally, you have prior sales experience with local physicians, diabetologists, and diabetes specialty retailers in your region
  • Prior knowledge of diabetes management and a solid understanding of CGM systems or other medical devices is desirable
  • You speak fluent German and good English
  • You hold a valid driver’s license
