• Als Referent:in Personalentwicklung gestaltest du moderne Lern- und Entwicklungsangebote für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte. • Du begleitest Führungskräfte professionell bei der Entwicklung ihrer Mitarbeitenden und übersetzt Entwicklungsbedarfe aus den Bereichen in passende Maßnahmen. • Du berätst definierte Geschäfts- und Zentralbereiche zu Entwicklungs-, Führungs- und Teamthemen. • Du analysierst Entwicklungsbedarfe, priorisierst sie gemeinsam mit relevanten Stakeholdern und leitest passende Maßnahmen ab. • Du wirkst an unserer PE-Strategie mit und entwickelst unser PE-Portfolio bedarfsorientiert und wirksam weiter. • Du planst, organisierst und evaluierst Weiterbildungsangebote in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partner:innen. • Du führst bei Bedarf kleinere Trainings, Workshops oder Lernimpulse selbst durch. • Du wirkst an digitalen Lösungen, Reports und Workflows zur Weiterentwicklung unserer PE-Prozesse mit.

Job Requirements

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Personalentwicklung
  • Erfahrung in der Beratung und Begleitung von Führungskräften, Mitarbeitenden oder Fachbereichen.
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Konzeption oder Durchführung von Trainings, Workshops oder Lernformaten — oder Lust, dich darin weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Analytische Stärke und die Fähigkeit, aus Bedarfen, Daten und Feedbacks konkrete Empfehlungen abzuleiten.
  • Sehr gute Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit sowie eine hohe Serviceorientierung.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und KI-Anwendungen.
