Blue Yonder
• Support complex integration programmes across the Blue Yonder solution space (Planning + Execution). • Actively collaborate with the field teams and customers to drive adoption of our new solutions, platform, and interoperability capabilities. • Guide Professional Services during first and early implementations, ensuring sound design decisions and scalable integration approaches. • Provide architectural oversight for customer engagements, ensuring standardized and scalable patterns across teams. • Share your knowledge within the Lighthouse team as well as ensure that your colleagues from Professional Services get to know what you explore and learn. • Collaborate across teams to ensure requirements, dependencies, and improvement areas are well understood and actioned. • Supporting legacy customers in their transition toward new Cognitive solution adoption. • Capture knowledge from implementations and convert them into reusable artefacts. • Design and develop templates and artifacts towards reusability and automation that (1) reduce implementation timelines, (2) decrease configuration effort (“number of clicks”), (3) improve quality and post Go-live stability. • Contribute to automation and intelligent agents that simplify complex integration scenarios. • Work with Product Development to test, validate, and provide structured feedback on integration features across the Blue Yonder Platform. • Propose and build agents and tools that drive standardization and scalability, while reducing effort and complexity in implementations. • Contribute to shaping how AI-driven scenarios are responsibly introduced into customer implementations. • Support the evolution towards more resilient, simplified, and guided delivery models.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in implementing, integrating, or supporting enterprise Supply Chain solutions (Planning, Execution, Control Tower/Network, SCPO, or related systems) REQUIRED
- Experience in configuring solutions, troubleshooting, and integration testing.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in Supply chain.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns (APIs, data flows, batch vs. real-time concepts).
- Familiarity with Blue Yonder Platform & Services (Snowflake, Kafka, Stratosphere, LIAM, CIS, EFS, Bulk/Streaming, Transform & Distribute) is a strong advantage.
- Experience with coding or scripting (e.g., Python), AI-Agents/LLM Frameworks to build automation tools, agents is an advantage.
- Experience working with or around Blue Yonder solutions is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to multi-solution integration concepts is an advantage.
