• Educate our Global Systems Integrators on driving digital transformation with Zscaler for their clientele by demonstrating Zscaler use cases, delivering workshops, and guiding Proof of Value (POV) efforts • Develop solution offers in collaboration with Global Systems Integrators by leveraging your technical expertise, leading cross-functional teams, and helping partners onboard and support new customers • Serve as a technical advocate for partners within Zscaler by working across sales, engineering, product management, and other teams to drive mutual success • Support enablement and solution development efforts with Global Systems Integrators to create opportunities and close new business

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of technical pre-sales experience, with at least 5+ years in roles involving Global Systems Integrators
  • Proven technical expertise in networking, cloud security, authentication, and SaaS solutions, with certifications like CISSP or CCNP as a plus
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate on large, complex transformational SaaS solution opportunities and engage executive-level stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic impact.

Role Description The Red Hat Sales organization is seeking an experienced Account Solution Architect (ASA) to orchestrate Red Hat’s overall technical approach for and with our customers across all phases of the customer lifecycle, from value definition to value recognition. This requires a combination of skills, from a pre-sales account solution architect to a post-sales customer success executive.
