Job Requirements
- Extensive Quality Assurance experience with a deep understanding of testing theory and methodologies
- Strong expertise in test analysis, preparation, and planning with AI-supported capabilities
- Proven knowledge of testing methods, design techniques, cross-browser validation, and Types leveraging AI capabilities
- Experience with test management systems (TestRail, Testmo) and technical documentation, and Reports supported by AI tools
- Experience in using tools: DevTools, Postman with AI-supported API validation
- Experience in DB queries (SQL) with intelligent query validation
- Good understanding of client-server architecture
- Sharp critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities
- Excellent communication skills and professional English proficiency.
- Bonus points for: Mobile testing experience, familiarity with Sentry, Kibana, Grafana, GA, GTM, Vercel, Builder.io, gaming industry background, or automation expertise.

Role Description As a Senior Associate, Energy and Air Quality, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping advance the goals of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and its Technical Development team. The Technical Development team is seeking a skilled professional to expand our technical capabilities and contribute to two critical topic areas: - Energy and carbon - Indoor environmental quality In this role, you will assume ownership of pertinent committee operations and help guide the ongoing evolution, refinement, and optimization of USGBC products—including LEED—to ensure they remain rigorous, relevant, and aligned with USGBC’s mission and strategic objectives.
