The Test Automation Specialist ensures the quality and reliability of testing practices within our enterprise-wide business transformation program. Reporting to the QA Lead, they are responsible for: - Implementing and maintaining automated testing frameworks to enable repeatable, scalable, and high-quality regression testing. - Supporting increasingly complex testing requirements during the System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases. - Driving continuous improvement across QA practices. Additional Responsibilities: - Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using low-code/no-code tools (e.g. Executive Automats). - Collaborating with QA, DevOps, and functional teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines. - Supporting test case creation and execution aligned with acceptance criteria and business flows. - Ensuring test coverage across D365 Finance & Operations (F&O), ISVs, and integrated systems. - Providing training and guidance to BAs and project team, including BAs and Key Users on automation best practices. - Supporting performance and load testing initiatives where applicable. Qualifications - Post-secondary education in Computer Science or equivalent experience. - Previous experience in software testing and quality assurance. - Working knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g. Executive Automats, TestRail, Selenium, or similar). - Familiarity with programming concepts and the software development lifecycle. - Enjoyment in troubleshooting and solving complex issues within a team. Requirements - Experience in ERP implementations, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (asset). - Experience with the Azure technology stack (asset). Role Description The Engineer, IT Quality Assurance Senior will author and execute automated test cases as an embedded team member of a project/product team. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and database testing using MS Test framework with Selenium as the library. - Implement QA Automation RoadMap with QA team. - Conduct code reviews and ensure correct implementation of automation framework or Quality Assurance & Engineering blueprint across test automation projects. - Design, implement, and update Azure DevOps release pipelines to facilitate the execution of automated test scripts. - Manage and maintain the Selenium Grid infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability. - Initiate and develop automation frameworks and baseline scripts for new projects, ensuring robust and scalable test automation solutions. - Support team to implement mobile automation using Appium and BrowserStack. - Follow and help improve existing coding and automation guidelines. - Communicate and solve complex coding solutions. - Identify, document, triage, and track issues found during automated test execution. - Understand, follow, and help improve all applicable SDLC and testing processes and collaborate with the project/product team. - Escalate risks that will directly impact project timelines and deliverables. - Telecommuting available anywhere in the United States. - Annual salary between $122,400 – $139,500. Qualifications - Requires at least a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or a related field. - Must possess 4 years of experience with all of the following: - IT quality assurance and testing - Automating web test scripts using Selenium - Conducting functional, system, performance, and integration testing - Performing unit testing - Working with data lake environments using AWS - Using AWS datalake tools - Conducting API testing using Postman - Conducting backend testing - Working with cloud computing technologies including AWS and Docker - Performing failure root cause analysis and creating reports - Using Jenkins to monitor and debug builds - Experience may be gained concurrently. • Design, develop, test, and deploy intelligent automation solutions using automation, workflow orchestration, and AI frameworks, to streamline healthcare operations (e.g., revenue cycle, supply chain, patient access, clinical administration). • Integrate automation solutions with EHRs, clinical systems, data platforms, and enterprise applications while ensuring secure handling of PHI/PII in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies. • Contribute technical expertise to requirements sessions; clarify requirements; implement changes and ensure alignment with internal policies • Monitor, support, and optimize production automations; troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure high availability and performance. • Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to integrate machine learning, advanced analytics, or custom AI agents into workflows as required by the business case. • Proactively identify opportunities for integrating existing COH AI platforms (e.g., HopeLLM) • Contribute to automation standards, best practices, documentation, reusable components, and knowledge sharing across the automation and healthcare technology community.
