Role Description We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UX designer, you will design and enhance user experiences across our digital products. Your primary focus will be understanding user needs, conducting user research, and translating insights into intuitive and visually appealing designs. The ideal candidate must have knowledge and hands-on experience designing applications following a lean user experience process and is passionate about creating seamless, user-friendly interactions that elevate the user experience. • Integrate the app with predictive recommendation APIs (personalized storefront) and smart checkout • Implement flows for logged-in users, including pre-selection of payment method • Instrument analytics events (GA4) to support the recommendation engine • Collaborate with data and backend teams to define API contracts • Participate in agile rituals: daily stand-up, planning, check-point, and sprint review

• Design, build, and ship Android features for cart, checkout, payments, order status, and post-order experiences using Kotlin, Coroutines/Flow, and Android Jetpack (including Compose or View-based UI as appropriate). • Integrate and optimize payment flows and SDKs (e.g., tokenization, 3DS, wallet support), partnering with payments and risk teams to deliver secure, compliant, and low-latency experiences. • Create reusable, well-documented modules and libraries used across multiple Instacart Android apps, improving consistency, reliability, and developer velocity. • Uphold quality with robust testing (unit, integration, and UI), code reviews, analytics-driven monitoring, and performance tuning to reduce crashes and regressions. • Own work end-to-end: participate in technical design, break down deliverables, implement features, launch with feature flags/experiments, and iterate based on data and feedback. • Contribute to incident response and on-call rotations as needed, proactively addressing root causes and driving long-term platform hardening. • Mentor other Android engineers through design guidance, pairing, and thoughtful feedback; help define team coding standards, patterns, and documentation.

Role Description HealthCaters brings preventive health screenings directly into the workplace. During our corporate health events, we support employees in measuring relevant health indicators and gaining a better understanding of their personal health. For our workplace health screenings at corporate client locations, we are looking for friendly, professional and travel-ready nurses and healthcare professionals. Assignments take place at various locations across France. Depending on your availability, there may also be opportunities to support selected assignments in other European countries. The role is flexible and event-based, with compensation provided on an hourly or daily-rate basis. Assignments typically last between one and three days and are coordinated with you in advance. - Perform venous blood collection as part of workplace health screening events - Provide friendly guidance and support to participants throughout the screening process - Give short and easy-to-understand explanations of the performed measurements and collected health indicators within your professional scope of practice - Support the delivery of additional health screening stations, such as blood pressure measurements, body composition analyses or lung function tests - Ensure a hygienic, professional and well-organised process on-site - Prepare and clean the working area and required materials before and after each assignment - Collaborate closely with the HealthCaters team and other healthcare professionals during events - Document relevant procedures in accordance with our internal quality standards Qualifications - A completed nursing qualification or healthcare-related degree that is officially recognised in France - Alternatively, another recognised healthcare qualification, provided that you are legally authorised to perform venous blood collection in France - Practical experience in performing venous blood collection safely and independently - A friendly, outgoing and professional manner - Confidence and enthusiasm when interacting with a wide range of people - An independent, reliable and detail-oriented working style - Strong awareness of hygiene, quality and data-protection requirements - Willingness to travel for one-day or multi-day assignments at corporate client locations - A valid driving licence is considered an advantage due to the travel requirements but is not mandatory - Fluency in French is required - Good English skills and additional language skills are considered an advantage - Previous experience in health screenings, preventive healthcare, occupational health or corporate health events is considered an advantage Company Description HealthCaters is reinventing the way preventive care is delivered and empowers employees to take control of their health.
