• Design, build, and ship Android features for cart, checkout, payments, order status, and post-order experiences using Kotlin, Coroutines/Flow, and Android Jetpack (including Compose or View-based UI as appropriate). • Integrate and optimize payment flows and SDKs (e.g., tokenization, 3DS, wallet support), partnering with payments and risk teams to deliver secure, compliant, and low-latency experiences. • Create reusable, well-documented modules and libraries used across multiple Instacart Android apps, improving consistency, reliability, and developer velocity. • Uphold quality with robust testing (unit, integration, and UI), code reviews, analytics-driven monitoring, and performance tuning to reduce crashes and regressions. • Own work end-to-end: participate in technical design, break down deliverables, implement features, launch with feature flags/experiments, and iterate based on data and feedback. • Contribute to incident response and on-call rotations as needed, proactively addressing root causes and driving long-term platform hardening. • Mentor other Android engineers through design guidance, pairing, and thoughtful feedback; help define team coding standards, patterns, and documentation.

Role Description HealthCaters brings preventive health screenings directly into the workplace. During our corporate health events, we support employees in measuring relevant health indicators and gaining a better understanding of their personal health. For our workplace health screenings at corporate client locations, we are looking for friendly, professional and travel-ready nurses and healthcare professionals. Assignments take place at various locations across France. Depending on your availability, there may also be opportunities to support selected assignments in other European countries. The role is flexible and event-based, with compensation provided on an hourly or daily-rate basis. Assignments typically last between one and three days and are coordinated with you in advance. - Perform venous blood collection as part of workplace health screening events - Provide friendly guidance and support to participants throughout the screening process - Give short and easy-to-understand explanations of the performed measurements and collected health indicators within your professional scope of practice - Support the delivery of additional health screening stations, such as blood pressure measurements, body composition analyses or lung function tests - Ensure a hygienic, professional and well-organised process on-site - Prepare and clean the working area and required materials before and after each assignment - Collaborate closely with the HealthCaters team and other healthcare professionals during events - Document relevant procedures in accordance with our internal quality standards Qualifications - A completed nursing qualification or healthcare-related degree that is officially recognised in France - Alternatively, another recognised healthcare qualification, provided that you are legally authorised to perform venous blood collection in France - Practical experience in performing venous blood collection safely and independently - A friendly, outgoing and professional manner - Confidence and enthusiasm when interacting with a wide range of people - An independent, reliable and detail-oriented working style - Strong awareness of hygiene, quality and data-protection requirements - Willingness to travel for one-day or multi-day assignments at corporate client locations - A valid driving licence is considered an advantage due to the travel requirements but is not mandatory - Fluency in French is required - Good English skills and additional language skills are considered an advantage - Previous experience in health screenings, preventive healthcare, occupational health or corporate health events is considered an advantage Company Description HealthCaters is reinventing the way preventive care is delivered and empowers employees to take control of their health.

• Contribute to the Android Mobile Applications projects and will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering medical grade mobile applications and SDKs primarily using Java and Kotlin. • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications using Java, Kotlin, and KMM. • Collaborate closely with the multiple technology and cross-functional groups within and outside the organization to define, design, develop, test and deploy new capabilities and features. • Working with senior developers, design and build out the next generation mobile application cloud-based platform that can support future patient / device centric products and applications. • Present simple design proposals to stakeholders. Takes comments, suggestions and constructive feedback positively with manager support. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. • Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our mobile application solutions remain current and competitive. • Perform other duties as required.
