Project Manager with Construction Experience

Paired

Role Description We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Manager with experience in Construction to oversee remodeling and renovation projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of construction processes within the remodeling and renovation space. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time and to the highest quality standards while working closely with a US-based team. This is a fully remote, full-time position working US business hours (MST/Arizona). Responsibilities - Project Planning & Execution - Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation - Create and maintain project schedules - Work with project teams to remove roadblocks - Oversee all phases of the project, from initial design and permitting to final walkthrough and client handover - Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources - Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards - Scheduling & Coordination - Build the project timeline framework - Coordinate and schedule inspections, deliveries, and site visits - Proactively address and resolve scheduling conflicts and delays - Use project management software to maintain schedules and track progress - Collaborate with design, sales, and accounting to keep the process transparent and on track - Client Communication & Relationship Management - Maintain regular communication with clients - Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct regular meetings with clients and subcontractors - Clearly communicate project expectations and progress - Documentation & Reporting - Prepare and submit regular scorecard reports to management - Evaluate team performance based on data analysis Qualifications - Experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on remodeling and renovations - Mandatory - Proven track record of successfully managing remodeling and renovation projects - Solid knowledge of construction processes - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills - Proficiency with project management software (BuilderTrend is a plus) - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Fluent, professional English (written and spoken) - PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus Requirements - 8th generation or higher Intel Core i5 processor (or equivalent) - Microsoft Windows 11 or higher operating system - 16GB of installed physical memory (RAM) - Two monitors, one at least 15" (laptop) and the other at least 24" (two 24" monitors preferred) - A separate mouse if using a laptop - Internet speeds of 50/5 Mbps (download/upload) - A webcam with clear audio and video for video conferencing - A headset and a dedicated quiet space free of noise and distractions - The company provides access to a VOIP phone system and the Microsoft suite of services, with Teams as the primary method of communicating with the team.
