Role Description Provide contract management support to Dayforce’s Sales organizations. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone who appreciates a collaborative working environment that will lead to sales wins for Dayforce. This role is designed for someone who has keen attention to details and has demonstrated proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure contracting requirements are effectively achieved, especially under deadline-driven situations. This is a highly visible and instrumental role to our Customer and Revenue Operations team and Sales organizations. We are seeking an individual who has high-energy, likes to win, and thrives where things move fast and deadlines must be hit without exception. You will have exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, experience at a fast-paced technology company and critical-thinking skills to be successful in this role. What you'll get to do - Analyze standard contract requirements and prepare customer contracts in accordance with established contracting processes, templates, terms and department tools or applications. - Collaborate with team and may collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Negotiations, Implementation, Deal Management and Order Management, to ensure contract alignment and business objectives. - Prepare simple contract amendments or correction letters, as needed, in accordance with established templates. - Respond to basic inquiries or questions regarding contract administration and executed customer contracts. - Triage simple case requests and assign to team members (name change, storing and retrieving customer contracts including customer files clean-up, basic amendment, correction letter requests, etc.) - Work on special projects, from time to time, as needed. Qualifications - A Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in business administration, commerce, legal or related field) or equivalent combination of education and with one to three years related experience with contracts concentrations will be an asset (e.g. Legal Assistant Certificate is preferred). - Experience working on contracts in an in-house or private practice environment. - Basic understanding of a variety of contracts, including customer contracts and agreements. - Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Microsoft Office products. - Able to work remotely and manage tasks with close supervision and able to adapt to a constantly changing environment, with the ability to work flexible and extended hours during peak periods. - Has excellent communication, problem-solving and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Strong organization and planning skills; must be able to multi-task, work well under pressure and have a positive disposition.
