In addition to this, you will need to manage the diaries and travel arrangements for our Chief Nature Officer (CNO) and our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). **Key Responsibilities** **Executive Support** - Manage the CEO's inbox, flagging urgent matters - Manage a complex and fast-moving diary, including scheduling internal and external meetings, speaking engagements, travel, and board commitments for the CEO, CNO and CMO - Act as the first point of contact for the CEO's office — handling correspondence, fielding requests, and prioritising effectively on their behalf - Prepare briefing notes, agendas, presentations, and background research to ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all engagements - Draft and edit communications on behalf of the CEO, including emails, letters, and stakeholder correspondence **Board & Governance** - Coordinate and support Leadership Team meetings and Board meetings, including preparing board packs, managing minute-taking, and following up on actions. Not an urgent need for the EA to attend in person - Maintain governance documentation and ensure compliance with company secretarial requirements in collaboration with the wider leadership team **Stakeholder & Relationship Management** - Build and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including investors, government contacts, partners, and media - Represent the CEO's office with professionalism and warmth at all times **Operations & Projects** - Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to facilitate cross-functional coordination and ensure key priorities are delivered - Coordinate logistics for leadership offsites - Manage expenses, invoices, and financial administration relating to the CEO and the CNO
