Forward Deployed Engineer – Technology

Truelogic Software

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand existing workflows, pain points, and operational challenges • Evaluate current systems, processes, and integrations, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization • Design and implement AI-powered solutions that improve talent operations and decision-making • Build integrations between internal and third-party platforms using APIs and workflow automation tools • Define technical architectures, MVPs, and implementation roadmaps for new initiatives • Develop internal tools and operational platforms that streamline talent management processes • Prototype and deploy solutions involving LLMs, agents, recommendation systems, and workflow automation where appropriate • Own projects from discovery and requirements gathering through delivery and iteration • Provide technical guidance and recommendations on emerging AI technologies and automation opportunities

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience
  • Strong Python development experience
  • Experience integrating third-party systems via APIs
  • Experience building AI-enabled applications using LLMs
  • Experience leveraging AI/LLM technologies to solve business problems and improve operational workflows
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Experience designing and building internal tools, workflow automation, or operational platforms
  • Strong communication and consulting skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments
  • SQL and data modeling experience

  • Experience leading technical discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design

Requirements - The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $110,000 and $150,000 annually. - The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. - In addition to the base salary, our compensation structure may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses. - If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time.
