Salesforce Product Analyst

Probo Medical

• Provide Salesforce Architecture recommendations to stabilize the environment. • Drive integration with ERP solutions to decouple Salesforce functionality. • Administer and maintain Salesforce platform including user account management and security settings. • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and process automation for business needs. • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure effective adoption. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. • Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. • Implement data management best practices including deduplication and cleansing. • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics for business decision-making. • Stay updated on new Salesforce features and recommend improvements. • Assist in system integrations with third-party applications. • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, governance, and security protocols.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Salesforce Product Owner certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator) preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and management.
  • Direct experience with complex Salesforce Org: 350+ users, customer automation/integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce development including automation and flows.
  • Comfortable with reports, dashboards, and data management (de-duplicating, cleansing, data loader).
  • Experience with Salesforce integration, primarily with ERP and Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, workflows, process automation, and data structures.
  • Experience with data migration tools and techniques, including Data Loader and third-party applications.
  • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in training and supporting end-users in a professional setting.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service or other specialized Salesforce products preferred.
  • Middleware exposure (Boomi, Workato) a plus.
  • B2B background – bonus for medical devices, healthcare services, or field service operations.
  • Knowledge of third-party Salesforce applications and integrations (e.g., Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Pardot).
  • Extensive knowledge of ERP functionality (i.e.. Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, Sage Intacct).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
