UX/UI Designer

• Design landing pages, promotional pages, and microsites for marketing and product initiatives • Adapt design solutions for different audiences, user segments, and markets • Analyze user behavior, identify drop-off points in funnels, and propose improvements to increase conversion rates • Conduct competitor research and explore best practices in web and product design • Maintain and expand the UI Kit to ensure consistency across design solutions • Deliver well-structured, developer-ready design files and prototypes • Work on Junior–Middle level product design tasks, including UI improvements, small features, and user experience enhancements • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to achieve business and product goals
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of UX/UI Design experience working on landing pages, websites, email templates, or web products
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools for productivity enhancement, visual creation, and design workflow optimization
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, prototyping, and design systems
- Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, including user flows, wireframes, and basic user research methods
- Knowledge of UI principles and experience working with scalable design systems
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge with an understanding of technical limitations in web development
- Experience creating and editing visual assets, including icons, illustrations, and images
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English level for effective communication and collaboration
