• Manage program workstreams to ensure timely and effective completion of interconnected project activities • Develop, implement, and maintain project plans and tools • Communicate program and individual project progress to clients and/or internal resources • Track, prepare, and present internal and client-facing reports and presentations • Escalate proposed modifications to program/project scope and communicate approved changes to stakeholders • Internally escalate program risk issues pertaining to project deadlines and activities • Provisions, manage, and maintain program and interconnected project management documents and related tools • Assist with enhancing EFI best practices, project tools, and overall process improvements • Support implementation, adoption, and usage of new tools, processes, and technology • Accurately track and record project billing hours and budgets

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related experience
  • Minimum of 7+ years of related project management experience in the credit union, banking, payments, or related vendor industry
  • Project/program management proficiency preferably related to vendor and system evaluations and selection
  • Experience in working with solutions involving enterprise-grade software applications and project management activities
  • Project Management Professional Certification preferred
  • Technical knowledge - Smartsheet, HubSpot, resource management and tracking applications, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, and the ability to learn other software programs.

You will report directly to the Manager for the Nuclear Information Project and work in close collaboration with other members of the Nuclear Information Project and FAS at large. The Research and Program Associate for the Nuclear Information Project will provide operations and administrative support to execute grant deliverables and further other objectives of the portfolio, work to analyze and provide the public with reliable information about the status and trends of global nuclear weapons arsenals, and contribute research to support recommendations for the responsible reduction of nuclear arsenals and risks. The right candidate will help shape this full-time role according to their skills. This role is expected to include roughly 50% research and 50% logistical/operational support for the Nuclear Information Project. Some weeks and months will be more research-heavy, while others will be more operations-heavy.
