Enterprise Account Executive
Pantheon Platform
• Own the entire sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting to "Closed Won." • Treat your territory like a business—segment accounts, prioritize high-potential enterprise targets, and build focused plans for long-term market coverage. • Consistently deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets. • Conduct deep discovery and value-selling tailored to Developer, Marketing, and IT personas. • Navigate complex deals involving stakeholders from Digital, IT, and Marketing to Procurement, Security, and external Partners. • Partner with Sales Development, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a high-impact buyer journey. • Maintain an accurate forecast using MEDDIC or a similar sales methodology. • Build and execute a localized partner strategy within the East region. Actively collaborate with Referral Partners, VARs, and Cloud Computing Service Providers (GCP) to co-sell, drive warm introductions, and leverage the partner ecosystem to accelerate deal velocity and expand reach into key enterprise accounts.
Job Requirements
- Proven B2B SaaS sales experience, specifically closing complex enterprise deals often exceeding $100k+ in ACV.
- A proven outbound seller capable of building a robust pipeline from scratch through systematic prospecting.
- Strong at leading technical discovery and building comprehensive business cases, including ROI calculators and "before/after" workflow analysis.
- Fluent in MEDDIC, SPICED, or Command of the Message (or similar enterprise sales methodologies).
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
- Enjoys meeting face-to-face with prospects and partners; able to travel approximately 20-30% of the time.

• Own and execute a strategic plan to identify, engage, and close enterprise accounts across the U.S. • Prioritize accounts within manufacturing, energy, logistics, healthcare, and financial services • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry networking, executive outreach, and partnerships • Lead consultative discovery conversations with CIOs, COOs, Heads of Operations, Automation, and Digital Transformation • Leverage your understanding of industry-specific workflows, compliance requirements, and operational challenges • Develop multi-threaded relationships across large enterprises and expand influence across business units • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles including technical validation, proof of value, procurement, and executive approvals • Deliver tailored demonstrations and business cases aligned to operational and financial impact • Partner closely with Solutions, Product, and Customer Success for seamless execution and long-term growth • Own and exceed quota • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting • Ensure strong CRM hygiene and visibility into deal progression
• Develop and implement strategies to generate new Prime business opportunities and achieve sales targets within assigned territories/accounts. • Actively engage with existing Platform Core customers to understand their unique challenges and business needs, providing Azul solutions. • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to close. Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and forecast accurately. Build a 3X pipeline. • Work closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure prospects receive comprehensive, clear, and accurate product demonstrations, proposals, and support. • Drive contract negotiations, while consistently closing business on a monthly and quarterly basis. • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, progress, and outcomes in Salesforce.
