• Clean up, refactor, and modularize a rapid-prototype React/Next.js frontend. • Design and implement a robust, production-ready backend architecture from scratch. • Move direct LLM API calls into a structured orchestration layer. • Build and optimize advanced prompt engineering workflows and image generation pipelines (specifically leveraging OpenAI's image generation models/DALL-E). • Set up data ingestion workflows to parse clinical study protocols. • Prepare and structure internal ad-performance training data for potential LLM fine-tuning. • Own the deployment, hosting, and monitoring strategy to transition the app from a fragile prototype to a stable, scalable MVP. • Ensure best practices for data handling (Note: the app processes study protocols and marketing data, not patient data/PHI, so full HIPAA/SOC 2 compliance is not required for this phase).

• Design, build, and maintain IAM platform services and APIs • Develop integrations between identity providers, authorization systems, and SaaS products • Implement authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management capabilities • Build services supporting access governance, delegated administration, and compliance requirements • Design secure service-to-service authentication and machine identity workflows • Improve platform scalability, reliability, observability, and operational performance • Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions • Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices

• Lead the design and evolution of Kaseya’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform • Build a centralized identity foundation supporting authentication, authorization, governance, and compliance across multiple products and business domains • Provide technical leadership for platform architecture and drive adoption across engineering organizations • Deliver secure, scalable identity services that support customers, employees, partners, APIs, and machine identities • Define architecture and technical direction for the IAM platform across multiple products and services • Lead design and implementation of authentication, authorization, and identity governance capabilities • Build and operate core IAM platform services, APIs, and integrations • Drive platform adoption and migration initiatives across engineering teams • Design solutions supporting RBAC, ABAC, delegated administration, and multi-tenant environments • Partner with Security, Compliance, and Product teams to meet governance and regulatory requirements • Lead architecture reviews and technical design discussions for identity-related initiatives • Mentor engineers and establish engineering standards for identity platform development

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React JS for the front end and Node.js for the back end • Implement containerization technologies and a microservices architecture • Support all aspects of software development (designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining products) • Translate customer needs into user stories and deliver working capabilities at the conclusion of each sprint • Develop modular backend APIs and services • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability • Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and agile development processes • Write and maintain unit and integration tests
