Role Description - Realizar cálculos térmicos y dimensionamiento de sistemas HVAC. - Desarrollar diseños a nivel de ejecución: layouts, rutas de conductos y distribución. - Seleccionar equipos y definir su dimensionamiento final. - Elaborar planos detallados (plantas, secciones, esquemas) y especificaciones técnicas. - Preparar mediciones (BoQ), listas de equipos y documentación técnica del proyecto. - Asegurar que los diseños sean constructivos y estén correctamente coordinados. - Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativa: RITE, CTE (DB-HE, DB-HS, DB-SI). - Definir caudales, pérdidas de carga, equilibrado y estrategias de control (BMS). - Coordinar con equipos de estructura, electricidad y arquitectura. - Participar en coordinación BIM y detección de interferencias. - Dar soporte en fase de compras, obra y puesta en marcha. - Revisar documentación de proveedores, planos de taller y documentación final. - Validar el rendimiento del sistema tras la instalación. Qualifications - Experiencia mínima de 5 años en ingeniería HVAC. - Experiencia en diseño detallado de sistemas HVAC para edificación. - Conocimiento de normativa española (CTE, RITE). - Experiencia en cálculo de cargas, caudales y pérdidas de carga. - Manejo de herramientas de simulación como HAP y/o VP Ducto. - Experiencia en coordinación de proyectos multidisciplinares. - Conocimiento de sistemas de control HVAC (BMS). - Capacidad para desarrollar documentación técnica completa de ingeniería. - Perfil analítico, organizado y orientado a detalle y calidad. - Experiencia en soporte en obra y puesta en marcha (valorable).
