• Generate and review Initial Closing Disclosure (ICD) documents for accuracy and completeness in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Ensure that the ICD is sent to the borrower at least three business days prior to closing, adhering to TRID (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure) regulations. • Review loan terms, fees, taxes, and other financial data to ensure they are accurately reflected in the ICD. • Cross-check all loan documentation to ensure alignment with underwriting conditions and customer information. • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in loan documentation prior to issuing the ICD. • Stay up to date with federal and state mortgage regulations (including TRID) to ensure all disclosures meet legal standards. • Maintain detailed records of all issued ICDs and monitor timelines to ensure compliance with the three-day disclosure rule. • Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, processors, and closing coordinators to ensure all necessary data is collected and accurately reflected in the ICD. • Communicate with the loan origination team to address any borrower questions or concerns regarding the closing disclosure. • Conduct quality control checks on all ICDs before submission to ensure there are no errors or omissions. • Report any issues or trends regarding ICD errors or compliance risks to management for further review.

• Support the network contracting management division by preparing contracting and strategy analytics, including new contracts and contract renewals • Assist with preparation and attend meetings with strategic pharmacy partners • Plan, design, and deploy appropriate reports, tools, and/or applications • Provide support with pharmacy data and topic preparation for industry conferences, including scheduling • Prepare analyses covering provider agreements, 340B opportunities, mail order, discount card, specialty, and any related needs • Collaborate with Contract Managers, Finance, Pharmacy Informatics, Legal and other internal business divisions to make recommendations to financial models and assist with the development of financial contract solutions • Prepare forward-looking network analytics, ensuring alignment of planned actions and targets in the forecast • Support network management leaders in the development and analytical review of quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and multi-year contracting development and multi-year financial modeling • Advise internal stakeholders on strategic fiscal matters related to pharmacy financial management throughout the organization • Participate in regular meetings with leadership to review financial results and act as an internal consultant on interpreting financial results, analyzing variances and improving contracting performance • Support pharmacy contract negotiations by monitoring and delivering impact analysis of suggested pricing revisions • Other duties as assigned

• Review and meticulously analyze complex initial documentation for new construction (including plans, permits, budgets, and detailed construction schedules) to validate project readiness and budget alignment prior to draw. • Critically evaluate and determine appropriate phased draw disbursements on all ground up construction loans, focusing on validating progress against detailed construction schedules and confirming key milestones (e.g., foundation, framing completion) through inspection reports and documentation. • Ensure compliance with loan documents, credit policy, and applicable state and federal laws. • Coordinate and maintain communications with all parties involved in the draw process including but not limited to borrowers, contractors, account managers, third party inspectors, and brokers. • Process the draw disbursements in a high quality and timely manner that aligns with our policies and procedures. • Coordinate with other departments to resolve matters pertaining to loan violations, payment delinquencies, and wire transfer issues.

• Provide statistical programming support to pre-defined and exploratory analysis, formal reports, publications, presentations, and new statistical methodologies • Manage the timeline and deliverables of the analysis dataset and Tables, Figures and Listings (TFL) development • Work closely with biostatisticians to review the statistical analysis plan (SAP), and create data and analysis program specifications based on the SAP and TFL shells • Maintain complete and auditable programming documentation for analysis of clinical studies • Contribute to the development, documentation and maintenance of a reusable programming code library • Serve as a member of clinical study teams • Stay abreast of industry developments in the Statistical Programming field and apply to appropriate systems and processes
