Dabei verantwortest Du strategische Partnerschaften, Joint Ventures und innovative Geschäftsmodelle und arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung sowie internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen. - Joint Ventures & Partnerschaften: Leitung und Umsetzung von Portfolio-Projekten mit Schwerpunkt auf der Gründung, Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Joint-Venture-Gesellschaften sowie strategischen Partnerschaften. - Geschäftsführung & Unternehmenssteuerung: Übernahme von Geschäftsführungsfunktionen in Joint-Venture-Gesellschaften sowie Verantwortung für die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung und Zielerreichung der jeweiligen Beteiligungen. - Portfolioentwicklung & Wachstum: Identifikation und Umsetzung von Wachstums- und Optimierungspotenzialen innerhalb bestehender Portfolios sowie Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmodelle und Partnerschaftsansätze. - Wirtschaftliche Steuerung: Überwachung der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung der Beteiligungen anhand relevanter Kennzahlen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Performance- und Ergebnisverbesserung. - Projekt- & Stakeholdermanagement: Steuerung interdisziplinärer Teams und Koordination komplexer Projekte unter Einbindung verschiedener Fachbereiche, Partnerunternehmen und externer Stakeholder. - Schnittstellenmanagement: Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Joint-Venture-Partner, Investoren, Geschäftsführung sowie interne Bereiche wie Vertrieb, Operations, Finance und M&A. - Strategische Weiterentwicklung: Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer Kooperationen, Partnerschaften und Wachstumsinitiativen im Rahmen der langfristigen Unternehmensstrategie. The position is responsible for driving sales volume for FMI’s suite of products and services, while cultivating relationships with oncologists and other members of the extended cancer care community in a designated geography.
