Job Requirements

  • Responsible for:
  • API development to support additional features or resolve product issues
  • Debugging and producing fixes for customer support issues
  • Maintaining and extending database schema and data
  • Documenting feature changes, estimating effort and completing work according to plan, both in terms of timeliness and adherence to specifications.
  • Front-end user interface development to customize operation of VALER®
  • Technology Stack:
  • UI/UX: Angular, React
  • Web Services: Nginx, Node.js
  • API/Server: Python, Flask
  • Database: PostgreSQL
  • Platform: Linux Debian
  • Must have:
  • Excellent Python skills
  • Prior experience or comfort with working on Linux platforms
  • Understanding of RESTful architecture and practices
  • Familiarity or prior experience working with relational databases
  • Enthusiasm for working directly with VALER users and the patient population they serve
  • Desire to work in fast-paced, ever evolving environment
  • Ideal candidate will be:
  • Able to converse fluently around all stack areas
  • Coachable
  • Team player
  • Candidates must be in the Los Angeles or Orange County area of Southern California. The position is currently remote, but with plans to transition to Hybrid.

Benefits

  • Compensation Range: The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 per year. This range is determined by role, level, and experience. Final compensation may include benefits and will be based on the candidate’s qualifications and location.
