Business Intelligence Analyst

• Support the Member Analytics team by evaluating retention and engagement trends • Partner with stakeholders as a strategic collaborator by owning business intelligence analyses end-to-end • Produce actionable insights to guide roadmaps and business strategy • Build dashboards and scorecards for data-driven decisions • Manage competitive intelligence assets and enhance based on stakeholder feedback • Analyze A/B tests and provide recommendations • Measure and present the impact of marketing tactics • Develop data pipelines and create innovative solutions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst/Engineer, or other occupation/role/job title involving experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science, or technical project management.
- Strong SQL skills
- Strong experience using data visualization tools like Tableau
- Knowledge of A/B testing, statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared) and modeling
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
