In this role, you design and create learning content that helps customers, partners and sales teams quickly understand and confidently use the T Cloud Public. You will work closely with product teams, journey owners and offshore development teams to ensure that learning materials reflect real platform behavior, workflows and customer journeys. A key focus of the role is onboarding: our onboarding solution is built on ServiceNow CSM, and your content will guide users through processes, forms and customer-facing service flows in a precise and easy-to-follow way.
