Role Description We are looking for a Digital Learning Manager who can turn complex cloud topics into clear, structured and engaging learning experiences. In this role, you design and create learning content that helps customers, partners and sales teams quickly understand and confidently use the T Cloud Public. You will work closely with product teams, journey owners and offshore development teams to ensure that learning materials reflect real platform behavior, workflows and customer journeys. A key focus of the role is onboarding: our onboarding solution is built on ServiceNow CSM, and your content will guide users through processes, forms and customer-facing service flows in a precise and easy-to-follow way. Your work enables users to move from first contact to productive usage of the platform with confidence.
