Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel) and ability to quickly learn internal systems (TrustLayer, myCOI).
- Basic knowledge of General Liability, Workers Compensation, Umbrella, and other business-related insurance policies preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Comfortable with learning and using new software and technologies to improve work efficiency.
- Ability to review information carefully and accurately, ensuring that all tasks are completed to specification.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Role Description We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to support the execution of clinical studies across our gene therapy development programs.
