Contracts Analyst

ROIT

• Organization and control of documents: Maintain physical and digital contract files, update information, and organize documents required for contract management. • Registration and data updating: Register and update clients and contracts in the company’s internal systems. • Monitoring deadlines and expirations: Track contract deadlines, expirations, renewals, and extensions. • Communication: Communicate with clients and internal departments regarding outstanding items, approvals, and contract status. • Support in drafting and reviewing contracts: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners, evaluating clauses and associated risks in accordance with current laws, ensuring legal and internal compliance. • Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and internal policies. • Support the team in interactions with external legal counsel when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Law completed or in progress (from the 8th semester onward);
  • Experience in contracts;
  • Previous experience in a legal department at tax consulting and technology companies;
  • Knowledge of civil, corporate, and tax law;
  • Familiarity with procurement processes;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
