• Own and execute hotel onboarding with a strong focus on accuracy, speed, and customer experience • Map hotel rates, inventory, and room types across systems with high precision • Ensure correct channel distribution setup across OTAs and PMS integrations • Test and validate rate setups to guarantee accurate synchronisation across platforms • Become a subject matter expert in hotel distribution and onboarding workflows • Continuously improve onboarding quality, speed, and consistency • Customer support for onboarding-related issues and rate mapping queries

• Conduct geographic information system (GIS) program activities • Utilize GIS hardware and software to produce maps, spatial databases and thematic data • Perform simple spatial analyses • Assist in the development of geographic information systems that create, maintain, or leverage geospatial base-map information • Create, adjust, correct, convert and distribute base maps and thematic data • Digitize and maintain spatial databases • Document procedures, validate data for accuracy and completeness, complete approved metadata forms and produce maps of the resulting information • Evaluate information and data from outside sources to determine the quality of the data

• Conduct in-depth analysis of environmental assessment documents and policies from federal, state, and local agencies to determine geographic scope and identify potential impacts on environmental justice communities • Utilize GIS software and geospatial mapping tools to visually represent and analyze data related to pollutant and emission sources in proximity to marginalized communities • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop detailed reports that integrate environmental justice and equity considerations into FERC processes • Generate final reports that analyze the policies and practices of federal, state, and local agencies regarding geographic scope determinations for impacts on environmental justice communities • Create presentations to communicate findings, conclusions, and recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers • Participate in staff briefings as needed to provide expertise and insights related to GIS and environmental data analysis

• Support mapping, data validation, and quality assurance activities for electric utility asset systems • Execute Data Acceptance Testing (DAT) workflows including validation of conflated datasets • Ensure integrated asset data meets defined acceptance criteria, quality standards, and program requirements • Perform GIS editing and data remediation for electric utility assets • Update and maintain spatial and attribute data in accordance with defined standards and workflows • Support data cleanup initiatives to improve asset data quality • Execute Data Acceptance Testing (DAT) workflows across conflated GIS and asset datasets • Validate spatial and attribute accuracy of assets and conduct structured sampling • Maintain detailed records of throughput and contribute to performance benchmarks • Validate field-collected and third-party data prior to system integration • Participate in QA/QC reviews to ensure compliance with program standards • Provide feedback on workflow inefficiencies and support continuous improvement
