• Conduct in-depth analysis of environmental assessment documents and policies from federal, state, and local agencies to determine geographic scope and identify potential impacts on environmental justice communities • Utilize GIS software and geospatial mapping tools to visually represent and analyze data related to pollutant and emission sources in proximity to marginalized communities • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop detailed reports that integrate environmental justice and equity considerations into FERC processes • Generate final reports that analyze the policies and practices of federal, state, and local agencies regarding geographic scope determinations for impacts on environmental justice communities • Create presentations to communicate findings, conclusions, and recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers • Participate in staff briefings as needed to provide expertise and insights related to GIS and environmental data analysis

• Support mapping, data validation, and quality assurance activities for electric utility asset systems • Execute Data Acceptance Testing (DAT) workflows including validation of conflated datasets • Ensure integrated asset data meets defined acceptance criteria, quality standards, and program requirements • Perform GIS editing and data remediation for electric utility assets • Update and maintain spatial and attribute data in accordance with defined standards and workflows • Support data cleanup initiatives to improve asset data quality • Execute Data Acceptance Testing (DAT) workflows across conflated GIS and asset datasets • Validate spatial and attribute accuracy of assets and conduct structured sampling • Maintain detailed records of throughput and contribute to performance benchmarks • Validate field-collected and third-party data prior to system integration • Participate in QA/QC reviews to ensure compliance with program standards • Provide feedback on workflow inefficiencies and support continuous improvement

• Develop high-quality 3D models of houses and urban areas from satellite or aerial imagery. • Create and optimize real-time 3D visualizations for web-based platforms. • Collaborate with web developers to ensure smooth integration of 3D assets into the frontend experience. • Build robust pipelines for processing raw geospatial imagery, aligning datasets, and preparing 3D inputs. • Document methodologies, experiments, and findings; actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions. • Design and prepare high-quality datasets (e.g., RGB images, depth maps, 3D meshes) for training deep learning models for 3D reconstruction or object recognition. • Validate and refine model outputs to ensure geometric accuracy, visual realism, and performance optimization.
