• Transform raw data into valuable insights for data-driven decisions • Collaborate closely with Data Hub and DataOps teams to manage, optimize, and scale data platform • Design robust data architectures and build efficient ingestion pipelines • Ensure data availability across the organization • Integrate data solutions into business processes while implementing automation and monitoring methods • Conduct thorough testing and documentation of data availability

• You will be part of a team responsible for supporting new and existing customers in their data engineering needs. • You will guide customers to make the best technical decisions to achieve their goals • You will actively work across multiple customer accounts which you would need to track and report on their progress. • You will design, build, and operationalize complex data solutions, correct problems, apply transformations, and recommend data cleansing /quality solutions. • You will analyze sources to determine value and recommend data to include in analytical processes. • You will incorporate core data management competencies including data governance, data security and data quality. • You will collaborate within and across teams to support delivery and educate end users on data products / analytic environments. • You will perform data and system analysis, assessment and resolution for defects and incidents of moderate complexity and correct as appropriate. • You will test data movement, transformation code, and data components.

• Design and build real-time and batch data pipelines supporting high-volume data workloads • Develop scalable systems for data ingestion, transformation, enrichment, and delivery • Own the lifecycle of data pipelines, including development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization • Improve data quality, observability, reliability, and operational performance across data platforms • Optimize data processing systems for scalability, latency, and cost efficiency • Partner with Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to support reporting, automation, and downstream data consumption • Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture decisions related to data platforms • Participate in production support and incident response for critical data systems

• Ensure accurate capture, transformation, and monetization of product usage • Participate in architectural decisions during data pipeline transitions • Work with AWS Lake Formation and AWS Glue for data ingestion and reporting • Implement modern patterns in Laravel codebase • Integrate and maintain connections between internal systems and third-party platforms • Develop customer-facing account management UIs using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React • Engage in code reviews and sprint ceremonies • Collaborate with remote teammates across time zones
