Customer Service Representative

NQX

• Provide telephone assistance on behalf of a government entity by answering citizen informational needs. • Provide a warm, informed and solution-oriented service to each citizen requiring a phone assistance. • Kindly assist people by answering their questions related to administrative document renewal processes. • Scheduling in-centre appointments. • Directing them to another service, if needed. • Handle calls with discretion and confidentiality.

Job Requirements

  • You speak English fluently.
  • Be available during the following business hours: Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. (ATL).
  • Full-time (35 à 40 hours) positions are available.
  • At home, have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space.
  • Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously and proficiency with navigating multiple computer applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy helping and interacting with people!
