Product Manager, Data Activation
Resonate
Role Description At Resonate, we help enterprise brands understand not just who their customers are, but why they behave the way they do. Our Data Activation business is responsible for getting that proprietary consumer intelligence into every platform where our clients buy media and make decisions. This role owns both the strategy and the execution of that. You’ll partner directly with the group VP to develop and refine the Data Activation roadmap - then own it end-to-end from there. If you’ve spent years in AdTech, have a point of view on how data activation infrastructure should be built, and want to actually build it, this is the role. What you’ll be doing: - Partnering with the group VP to develop, refine, and then own the Data Activation product roadmap end-to-end. - Building and owning the productized partner integration platform for partners such as LiveRamp, The Trade Desk, Blockgraph, DSP/SSP connectors, and direct social media activation endpoints. - Contributing functional requirements, data models, and acceptance criteria to the next-gen API and MCP target state architecture. - Owning activation product operations - taxonomy approval, segment QA, partner certification workflows. - Instrumenting every launch with measurable success criteria and translating post-launch findings into the next investment decision. - Serving as the product point of contact for Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Engineering. - Evaluating and prioritizing inbound requests, upholding the roadmap against ad hoc commercial pressure. Qualifications - Substantial product management experience in the digital advertising or streaming ecosystem. - Demonstrated experience with partner integrations. - Solid working knowledge of identity resolution concepts. - Hands-on experience with platforms such as The Trade Desk, LiveRamp, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP, Google DV360, Meta, or Clean Rooms. - Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising workflows. - The technical fluency to participate substantively in API design and integration architecture discussions. - Expert-level ability to write product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Strong async communication habits. Requirements - Experience with CTV, Retail Media Networks, or Walled Garden activation workflows. - Familiarity with clean room environments and data collaboration platforms. - A track record of building repeatable frameworks out of what were previously one-off processes. - Comfort using AI tools to interrogate data and translate findings into product decisions. Benefits - Uncapped growth potential. - Opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the company. - Work on cutting-edge, AI-powered marketing data and identity solutions. - Competitive 401(k) match. - Open PTO policy that encourages real time off. - Comprehensive benefits package designed to meet the diverse needs of employees and their families.

As part of Sequencing’s AI Team, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you’ll work alongside leaders across Product, Engineering, Bioinformatics, and Design to transform emerging AI capabilities into experiences that will fundamentally change how humanity understands itself, manages health, and extends healthy lifespan. The ideal candidate is deeply AI-native, highly entrepreneurial, obsessed with customers, and motivated by building technology that can change lives at global scale. What you’ll own - Own the long-term vision, roadmap, and product strategy for Sequencing AI. - Define and launch AI-native experiences that transform genomic data into personalized, conversational guidance. - Rapidly evaluate emerging AI capabilities, models, agents, and workflows. - Partner closely with AI engineers and bioinformatics scientists to improve AI-generated health guidance. - Own product analytics, experimentation, and success metrics. - Run a tight execution and iteration loop using A/B testing, user feedback, and analytics. - Translate complex genomic science into clear, trustworthy consumer experiences. - Partner with Engineering to build reliable, scalable, and high-performance experiences. - Build and optimize onboarding, engagement, retention, and conversion experiences. - Champion the customer in every planning discussion. - Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Bioinformatics, Design, Growth, and Customer Success. - Help shape the future of AI-powered personalized health.
