• You manage our client projects end-to-end and keep all threads together using tools like Asana. • You take ownership of our client relationships and drive projects forward strategically. • You support our clients from the initial kickoff through to reporting and act as their primary point of contact for the project. • You develop effective lead generation strategies and push implementation forward together with your team. • You present your strategies persuasively and win clients over for your ideas and concepts. • You keep KPIs, timelines and results in view at all times and ensure projects progress measurably. • You coordinate internal teams and freelancers and ensure everyone works efficiently and on equal footing. • You develop into an expert in B2B marketing to continuously create more effective strategies for our clients together with your team.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in client/account management (min. 2 years)
  • Experience in project management (min. 2 years)
  • Proficiency with digital tools and platforms

Role Description Sorenson Communications is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support Enterprise customers utilizing accessibility and language service solutions including Video Remote Interpreting (VRI), on-site interpreting, on-demand interpreting, and speech translation services. This role serves as a strategic partner to enterprise clients by ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, utilization, retention, and growth of Sorenson’s communication accessibility solutions. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, collaborative, and passionate about helping organizations create inclusive communication experiences for employees and customers. The Customer Success Manager will act as the primary post-sale point of contact for enterprise accounts and will work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Scheduling, Interpreter Management, Technical Support, and Finance teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications - Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. - Minimum 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or Enterprise Support.
