Role Description Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Contracts Monitoring Coordinator to join our team! This position is responsible for monitoring contracts with certain providers and contractors in accordance with guidelines set forth within the contract. Monitoring of the contract is also to ensure compliance with the contract, state and federal regulations as well as our agency’s policies and procedures. The position is accountable for contract performance activities for their assigned caseload of providers/contractors. This position will be responsible for maintaining communication with and updating the Associate Vice President of Contracts and the Contracts Manager-Monitoring on legal, regulatory, and other trends and needs, with respect to their caseload. This position is the lead for their assigned caseload and will assist providers as needed in resolving invoicing or other contractual problems including making connections with other Trillium teams. This position facilitates resolution of contractual and operational issues to enhance contract performance. On a typical day, you might: - Provide oversight of assigned provider contracts and/or agreements as well as the ongoing contract monitoring of assigned contracts for compliance. - Receive, review, and compile provider reporting to ensure reporting meets the requirements of the contract and participate in annual contract reviews. - Communicate and act as a liaison with assigned providers/contractors regarding problems with contracts and/or payment of contracts. - Perform periodic and specific reviews of metrics in an effort to maximize contract performance and continuous improvement. - Educate providers regarding performance requirements set forth in the contract for program-specific performance measures. Role Description The Marketing Communications Manager supports DataSpring’s brand and corporate marketing communications by producing clear, compelling content across owned and shared channels. This role helps translate business priorities and subject matter expertise into high-quality thought leadership, social media content, press releases, and other market-facing materials that strengthen DataSpring’s narrative, credibility, and visibility. This role focuses primarily on brand communications and content marketing, supporting execution of the marketing communications strategy established by the Director. The right candidate will be growth minded, curious, and have strong comfort collaborating across the organization. The Marketing Communications Manager partners with internal stakeholders to draft, refine, and publish thought leadership and corporate content that meets brand standards, strengthens DataSpring’s narrative and credibility, and performs well in digital environments. The Marketing Presentation Manager is a full-time, remote, exempt position based in India and reports to the Director, Brand & Marketing and will be expected to be available during some hours in the US Eastern Time zone. Specific Responsibilities - Develop and edit thought leadership and content marketing assets aligned to DataSpring’s narrative and positioning. - Draft and update press releases, media statements, and supporting materials (e.g., FAQs, key messages, quotes), coordinating reviews and approvals in partnership with the Director, Brand & Marketing and subject matter experts. - Plan and create social media content including post copy variations, channel-appropriate formats, and content series that amplify thought leadership, announcements, and campaigns. - Maintain and update portions of the content calendar and planning cadence to support intake, prioritization, deadlines, stakeholder coordination, and publication across channels. - Interview with internal subject matter experts; synthesize complex concepts into accessible, audience-centered content while maintaining message discipline and brand voice. - Apply editorial standards and quality checks and help maintain templates and style guidance. - Partner with digital/SEO stakeholders to incorporate keyword insights and on-page best practices. - Leverage AI tools to improve visibility in search and AI/LLM-driven discovery experiences and recommend content optimizations based on performance. - Support the Director, Brand & Marketing in measurement and optimization of communications performance by helping compile reporting inputs, maintaining tracking, and summarizing insights from available tools and platforms. - Support coordination with external partners as needed, including briefing, feedback, and delivery against deadlines. - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and other teams to ensure communications are accurate, timely, and aligned to business priorities. Qualifications - Demonstrated ability to write and edit across formats, including thought leadership, blogs/articles, press releases, social media copy, web/campaign copy, and messaging/FAQs. - Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail; ability to simplify complex topics and maintain a consistent brand voice. - Experience coordinating reviews and approvals with multiple stakeholders; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and managing competing deadlines. - Working knowledge of content performance and digital best practices (e.g., basic SEO, social channel norms, content distribution); comfort partnering with performance marketing/analytics owners to use metrics to improve content. - Comfort using AI-assisted tools to support research, first drafts, rewriting, and content optimization, with strong judgment to validate accuracy, protect confidential information, and maintain DataSpring’s voice and quality standards. - Proficiency with LinkedIn and HubSpot (or comparable marketing automation tools). - Exposure to social publishing/management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and PR/media monitoring databases (e.g., Meltwater, Cision) is a plus. - Excellent verbal communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across time zones. - Growth mindset: actively seeks feedback, learns new tools and standards quickly, and iterates on work to continuously improve quality and speed. - Expert English language fluency required.
